Muscle awakening is a soft & easy gymnastics exercise program (with low muscular effort) and is performed as the first "sports physical activity" after a good night's sleep and to have eat breakfast. The exercises are performed "without straining", so you avoid sudden and too fast movements. but we perform large and fluid movements. Furthermore, with wide breathing, we will promote muscle oxygenation. Muscle awakening also speeds up metabolism.
Hi, I am Marinella Pucci a professional Choreographer, dance and Fitness teacher. I am originally from Italy where I taught and owned a dancing school for 20 years. I put lots of passion and energy in my lessons and I am happy to share my expertise with you.
