Focus is on strengthening, lengthening, and toning your entire body ; in addition it will be fun.
We will use a unique and effective combination of dance, fitness, and yoga moves. You will learn how to isolate and activate the muscles in your entire core. Stagnant energy that is holding you back will be released.
The movements are easy to learn. The goal is to enable everyone to regain energy and distribute it effectively through the body. Everybody is welcome. You do not need dance experience.
